The InterContinental Berlin is offering the following discounted room rates to conference delegates from Thursday, 30

September 2010 to Wednesday, 6 October 2010:

►Single Occupancy: €175/night (includes buffet breakfast)

►Double Occupancy: €195/night (includes buffet breakfast)

(All room pricing is inclusive of buffet breakfast, the VAT and all applicable taxes and hotel specific fees.)

Check-In Time: 15:00

Check-Out Time: 12:00

Cut Off Date: The cut off date has passed. Please book by calling or emailing the hotel at the information below. Please note that the nights of 30th September and 4th October are sold out. If you are having trouble booking your room at the hotel over available nights, please contact ACTE at [email protected].

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation without charge up to 3 days prior to the check in date before 6:00 PM (local hotel time).Canceling your reservation after 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on your check-in date, or failing to show, will result in a charge equal to the first night's stay per room to your credit card. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Parking: A parking garage is located directly underneath the hotel. Rates are € 4.00 per hour or € 24.00 for 24 hours.
