Linda has worked as British American TobaccoÕs business travel services manager for about five and a half years.  Although new to the travel industry when she began the role, she had worked for British American Tobacco for more than 12 years.  In 1999 when British American Tobacco realised that travel needed a dedicated manager they also recognised that they needed someone who understood the company and the culture and was willing to learn about the travel industry.

Robertson has focused on evolving British American TobaccoÕs travel program as the industy has changed, and is working very closely with colleagues in Europe to roll our a consolidated regional programme on air, with more to follow. 

 

A graduate of the ITM PDP course and an avid sports fan, Robertson commutes daily to London from Southampton and looks forward to the challenges her ever-evolving role brings and enjoying what little spare time she then has left.
