The journey only takes 20 minutes. Arlanda Express departs six times an hour during peak hours, four times an hour at other times. Specially trained train attendants work on board all trains and they are happy to answer any questions you might have. All trains arrive at the Central Station, the heart of down town Stockholm and within a walking distance of the Nordic Light and Sea Hotel (1 min), Radisson SAS Royal Viking Hotel (2 min), Sheraton Stockholm Hotel & Towers (5 min), Scandic Sergel Plaza (10 min) and Stockholm City Conference Centre (3 min). The following items apply to all 2004 hotels: Cut-off Date After Thursday 16 September 2004, hotel rates will be offered on a space-available basis only. After 16 September, the discounted room rate and/or rooms may not be available. Please make your reservations early. In order to qualify for the negotiated rates, please refer to ACTE upon making your reservation. Cancellations Call the hotel directly to cancel your reservation. Should you cancel less than three days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged for all room nights reserved. Please be advised that canceling hotel room reservations does not automatically cancel your conference registration, and vice versa. Hotel registration and conference registration operate separately; therefore, you must contact both the hotel at which you have an existing reservation and the ACTE Registration Department at 262-763-1902 to cancel your conference registration. No Shows Attendees who and fail to cancel their hotel reservations will be held responsible for all room nights reserved under their name. Credit Card Reservations Reserving a room with a credit card automatically guarantees a reservation. The credit card will only be charged upon check-out. Credit cards will be charged for all room nights reserved if cancellations are made less than three days prior to the date of arrival. Lufthansa offers attendees to ACTE Global Conference in Stockholm a 75% discount for ACTE members and a 50% discount for all other participants and companions, off applicable business, normal economy and special excursion fares (no APEX) on Lufthansa flights from home countries via Germany to Stockholm . Ticketing can only be made through Lufthansa call centers. Please reference GGAIRLH TRAVEL AGENT MS017 when requesting the discount. Lufthansa requires confirmation of attendance by presentation of a completed ACTE Conference registration form or registration confirmation letter to complete ticketing. Fares are valid 10 -24 October, reservations may be made 90 days in advance.
