Dennis Sherwood is the managing director of The Silver Bullet Machine
Manufacturing Company Ltd., which specializes in individual and
organizational creativity and innovation. Based in the UK, his client list
includes Nestle, Marks & Spencer, ALSTOM, National Grid Transco,
Wedgwood, FremantleMedia and various government departments.
Sherwood is the author of eight books, including Seeing the Forest for
