Procurement that focuses on getting the “last dollar on the table” often leads to unsuitable travel options for the business traveler or worse—lack of policy compliance—resulting in failure to meet projected savings from the vendor agreement. In a market where compliance to policy is just gaining traction, it is important that “smart procurement” be a guiding principle. This session will focus on:
