Opening Night Reception, Sunday, May 6
Give up to 5 minutes of welcoming remarks at the end of the General Session on Sunday night. Option of giving a gift.
Closing Night Reception, Tuesday, May 8
Give up to 5 minutes of concluding remarks at the final General Session on Tuesday night. Option of giving a gift.
Keynotes (2 Available)
Excellent opportunity for your company and special clients; your key executive has a five minute slot to make remarks and introduce the keynote speaker. You and up to 9 staff/clients will be provided with a private lunch with the keynote speaker.
International Business Lounge
Similar to an airline Business lounge, this space allows attendees to access computers and wireless connectivity. Refreshments are available. Your logo will appear on the home page of the computer terminals and on signage in the lounge. It will also provide your company with the opportunity to demonstrate its product. (eg. Airline Seat) Appropriate signage will be provided. Open during conference business hours.
- ACTE Live Learning Center
The ACTE Live Learning Center is free web-based access to every education session from the 2007 ACTE Global Education Conference for fully paid conference attendees. Non-attendees can also access these materials for a reasonable fee. The sponsor of the ACTE Live Learning Center will receive their logo on the ACTE Live Learning Center site access card given to all conference attendees, mention of their sponsorship at the general session and promotion of their company in the pre-conference website and all promotional materials.
Conference Tote Bags
Tote bag bearing your organization’s logo on the front distributed to every attendee at registration. Option of including a welcome letter from your company.
Networking Niche
A specially designed area for attendees to meet, network and relax in a low key environment. Tea, Coffee and cookies will be available for attendees. It will also provide your company with the opportunity to demonstrate its product. (eg. Airline Seat) Appropriate signage will be provided. Open during conference business hours.
Newspaper Drop
A newspaper will be delivered to each attendee’s hotel room with your logo on a belly band across the center.
Tuesday Lunch
Share your company’s message with attendees via remarks made by your key executive during a 5 minute podium opportunity at lunch. Your company will have a reserved table. Attendee gift at place setting is also available.
Refreshment Zones
Your logo will appear on these beverage stands throughout the conference containing sodas and water for attendees.
Conference Program
The conference program is issued to every conference attendee upon registration. As a sponsor of the conference program your logo will be placed on the front cover, plus you receive a full-page, four color ad on the back cover. The conference program is one of several printed materials which are referenced on a regular basis by conference attendees, even after the conference has concluded.
Notebook
The notebook is a practical and resourceful tool for all conference attendees. Your logo will be placed strategically on front of the notebook. The notebook will be distributed to all conference attendees in the tote bag which will be handed out at registration.
Sunday Arrival Hospitality Area, May 6
Offer arriving delegates a beverage or snack after their long journeys to the conference as they check in at “conference central” in the registration area.
Sunday Welcome Reception, May 6
