Lean Six Sigma is a methodology used by many companies to identify cost savings, increase operational effectiveness, limit redundant practices, and improve customer service. In Part I of this two-part session, the facilitator will introduce attendees to the basic principles of Lean Six Sigma – in layman’s terms - and discuss practical applications for travel management.
