Alitalia is offering ACTE Global Education Conference attendees a discount on flights to Rome. Discounts include 40% off business class, 20% off economy class (no restrictions), and 25% off economy class (restricted). Alitalia will confirm and ticket all reservations. The attendee MUST send an e-mail request to Alitalia with requested Itinerary, business or economy choice, name, and phone contact. An Alitalia agent will call them back to confirm space and issue the ticket.
American Airlines is offering ACTE conference attendees a 5% discount on the lowest applicable published fare to Rome (FCO). Athena Services is offering ACTE attendees a special fixed rate of € 50,00 on ground transportation from the airport in Rome to the Rome Marriott Park Hotel or the Sheraton Golf Parco dei Medici Hotel. They are also offering a special fixed rate of € 50,00 on ground transportation from the Rome Marriott Park Hotel or the Sheraton Golf Parco dei Medici Hotel to the Rome City Centre. Transportation will be provided in a private luxury car (Audi, Mercedes, BMW). Services should be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival time by emailing Alessandro ([email protected]). Alessandro will then confirm the driver’s name and mobile number. Fees will need to be paid in cash.

Taxi Information

There are two airports that service Rome, Fiumicino (FCO) is the main airport and Ciampino (CIA) is also an option. Taxi fares are approximately 35.00 EUR (one way) from FCO to the Rome Marriott Park Hotel and 55.00 EUR (one way) from CIA to the Rome Marriott Park Hotel.
