Rafael Alonso, Senior Vice-President Latin America, Spain & Caribbean Customer Affairs, Airbus
Rafael Alonso es Vicepresidente Senior para América Latina, el Caribe y España desde 2001. En este cargo es responsable de todas las actividades comerciales y relaciones con los clientes de Airbus en más de 40 países.
El Sr. Alonso comenzó su carrera profesional en 1981, como ingeniero de diseño en The Boeing Company en Seattle, USA. En 1983 ingresa en Construcciones Aeronáuticas SA, en Madrid, España, en la División de Apoyo al Producto.
En 1984, el señor Alonso fue comisionado a Airbus en Toulouse como director regional de ventas para América Latina, y en 1988 fue nombrado Vicepresidente de ventas para América Latina y el Caribe.
Desde entonces ha estado directamente involucrado en la venta de mas de 800 aviones de los diferentes modelos de Airbus.
Rafael Alonso nació en 1952 en Madrid, España. Tiene un Master en Ingeniería Aeronáutica por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. También ha completado cursos en Finanzas y Negocios, principalmente en el European Management Center en Bruselas, Bélgica y en el IMD en Lausana, Suiza.
Dr. Jaime Alonso Gomez

Jaime Alonso Gómez, Director Nacional y Profesor de Estrategia y Negocios Internacionales, Escuela de Graduados en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (EGADE)
Jaime Alonso Gómez es Doctor en Economía y Ciencia Administrativa de la Wharton School de la Universidad de Pennsylvania en Estados Unidos; Maestro en Ciencias de la Universidad de Waterloo en Canadá; Posgraduado en Ingeniería y Administración de la Calidad de la Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship en Japón; y es Ingeniero Industrial y de Sistemas del Tecnológico de Monterrey en México. Actualmente, el Dr. Gómez es directivo del Tec de Monterrey, consultor y miembro de diversos consejos y directorios empresariales.
Profesionalmente, el Dr. Gómez ha sido investigador asociado del Bush Center de la Wharton School de la Universidad de Pennsylvania; y se ha desempeñado como consultor para más de 100 empresas nacionales e internacionales en América, Asia, Africa y Europa.
La agenda de investigación, consultoría y desarrollo profesional del Dr. Gómez incluye los siguientes temas: Liderazgo y Dirección en Ambientes Internacionales, Economía y Negocios Internacionales y La Empresa Familiar. Él ha publicado libros, capítulos en libros, artículos y reportes técnicos como resultado de sus trabajos de investigación.
En el Tec de Monterrey el Dr. Gómez es el director Nacional de la Escuela de Graduados en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, EGADE. Durante su conducción, la EGADE ha sido reconocida por siete años consecutivos como la mejor Escuela de Administración de América Latina en el mundo por las publicaciones América Economía(Chile), Financial Times (Inglaterra), Wall Street Journal (EEUU), Business Week (USA) y Handelsblatt (Alemania).
El Dr. Gómez trabaja los temas de Pensamiento Estratégico y Visión de Negocio, Estrategia Administrativa y Administración Internacional de Operaciones.
En elo 2005, Jaime Alonso Gómez fue premiado como “Dean of The Year” (director de escuela de negocio del año) a nivel mundial por la prestigiada Academy of International Business. El Dr. Gómez es el primer director de América Latina y España en ser reconocido con esta distinción.

Manuel Tessi Parisi, President, INSIDE
Manuel Tessi Parisi, specializes in internal communications, delivering his expertise through conferences, seminars, and workshops for over 15 years. Tessi is currently the President of INSIDE, a company specializing in internal communications and is the Director of his own organization, also dedicated to the research and development of effective communication.
Since 1999, Tessi has in addition, enjoyed teaching post graduate classes for various Latin American universities. His other accomplishments include, author of the 1A ® System of internal communication, a specialization in the ontology of neuron-linguistic language and is licensed in human and public relations.
The principal objective of Tessi’s organization is to contribute to the improvement of Internal Communication in any organization. Their experience, research and contribution can be summarized with the synthesis of the 1A® system which proposes communication, first within (from every organization, every team and every person) through a specific methodology in institutional communication, interpersonal and intrapersonal communication.
Tessi has been the Director of RedINSIDE, a digital magazine for internal communication since 2001, a publicity agent for the Fundación de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Comerciales in 1989, and the creative editor of the Asociación Argentina de Agencias de Publicidad in 1993.
Dr. Ricardo Ernst

Dr. Ricardo Ernst, Managing Director for the Georgetown University Latin America Board
Dr. Ricardo Ernst is a Professor at the McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University. He received his MA and PhD in Operations Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Ernst is currently the co-director of the Global Logistics Research Program at the Georgetown University School of Business. Through this program, he has worked with Black & Decker, Xerox, and Ryder Dedicated Logistics.
His research interests include strategic analysis of logistics systems at both macro and micro levels. More recently, he has been involved in addressing the linkage between e-commerce and the required logistics infrastructure emphasizing the development of e-fulfillment. He has consulted with several national and international firms, and his contributions have appeared in several journals.
Julián Benavento

Julián Benavento, Independent Consultant, ACTE Country Champion - Argentina
Julián Benavento has had over 20 years experience in the travel business, both agencies and companies, which has led to his current independent consultancy in travel related services.
Julián consults on travel agencies, payment methods and corporate credit cards, travel expenses, technologies such as GDS and SBT, reporting, optimization procedures, innovation and improvement in all areas of business and leisure travel.
During his first stage as a travel agent he specialized in Chile and Caribbean packages. Working in agencies such as Fox Tour (now called HRG- Furlong Fox), he gained experience in corporate travel.
As Travel Manager for McKinsey & Co. he was in charge of Argentina and Chile. In his 10-year position in this company he led the Travel Department, Mobility, Car Plan and liaison with NYC headquarters as member of the group of Meeting Planners.
A new challenge started with his Global Travel Manager position at Exiros, Techint Group of Companies were he developed extensive expertise in regions with such diverse market realities as Asia, Europe, US, Canada and Latin America.
He has been actively participating in ACTE as Presenter and Country Champion for Argentina for the past 3 years.
His goal is to encourage Best Practices with Travel Managers, and training in professional skills for all the players involved in the Corporate Travel Market.
