*In order to qualify for the member rate, an individual must be a member through the dates of the conference. Any member expiring prior to the conference and not renewing their membership will be charged the non-member rate.
**A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend or an adult child (18 and over) who is not in an industry-related occupation. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the guest registration category. Registered guests may participate in all official social events, meal functions and general sessions. Registered guests are not eligible to attend the education sessions.
***Must be a full-time student and not employed in the corporate travel industry to be eligible for Student registration fees. Student ID will be required at Registration.

Terms and Conditions
By entering submit and remitting payment, I expressly and knowingly accept the ACTE policies outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
Full credits less a €125.00 processing fee per registrant, will be given when cancellation notification is received in writing by 25 September 2009. No credits will be given for cancellations received after 25 September 2009. Credits or refunds will not be given for no-shows. . Any credits for canceled registrations are available for use within 12 months of the date they were entered as a credit. After 12 months, the credit will expire without exception.

Transfer Policy
All transferred registrants will be charged a €125.00 transfer fee.
Administrative Fee Policy
Any change to a registration, including the addition of a promotion code will require a €50.00 administrative fee payment.
Event Cancellation Policy
If this event is canceled due to reasons beyond ACTE's control, ACTE reserves the right to retain a €210.00 processing fee for all conference registrations. Any credits for canceled events are available for use for 12 months from the date they were entered as a credit. After 12 months, the credit will expire without exception.
Waiver of Liability
By completing this registration form, I, on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby knowingly and freely release, indemnify and hold harmless The Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE), and all of their officers, directors, managers, partners, member, employees, and volunteers (collectively, 'released parties') from all claims, demands, actions, rights of action, or other legal rights to claim compensation for any loss or injury (including death) which I may sustain as a result of negligence or fault, or the condition of the premises, or any other cause whatsoever, whether loss or injury occurs while participating in, going to, or coming from such activity.
As a result, I am able to participation ACTE events and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being. I expressly agree that this waiver and release agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Law wherein such activities may occur, and that if any portion hereof is held invalid, the remainder hereof shall continue in full force and effect.
