Problems and Possible Causes
Picture but no sound - No sound card, volume on PC set too low ,WindowsMedia Player needs to be re-installed, server down, network congestion - -IS/IT staff has not opened firewall port to allow streaming from WindowsMedia Player.

Sound pauses /stops and there is a "buffering" message -- Network congestion. The stream will pick up exactly where it left off

Sound inconsistent or has background noise --Sound card drivers inadequate

Slides off center or blurry -- Network congestion or insufficient band width
