ACTE
Members From 49 Countries Working Together to Advance the Industry

ACTE's Core Purpose:
To Advance the development and growth of the business travel professional worldwide

ACTE's Strategic Intent:
To be the leading worldwide network of business travel professionals.

ACTE EMEA Regional Council

The ACTE EMEA Regional Council has developed a strategic plan to promote the long-term evolution of the business travel manager against a backdrop of changes affecting currency, politics and liberalization. Prompted by a broader set of options available to business travel managers in the European Union, the Europe Council has positioned ACTE members to move forward as advanced technology goes on line and as regulations are relaxed.

The plan's objectives include:

  • Providing high-level, continuous education for ACTE's main target
group-the decision-makers and leaders incorporate travel management,
and their counterparts in service and sales.
  • Providing a smooth interchange of information through increased
    networking opportunities for European members.
  • Ensuring the introduction of business travel management as a
basic and essential corporate skill to European regions unfamiliar
    with the process.
