Is there a Skills-Gap emerging in the South African Travel Industry?

This session aims to investigate whether there is a skills-gap emerging in the South African Corporate Travel Industry.
If so, what can be done about this, considering budget constraints for staff training, the ever present desire to keep costs down and continuously increasing staff turnover?
What is the impact on the industry should this situation not be rectified, also taking the build up towards 2010 into consideration?
