ACTE has recently undertaken a new initiative, Bridging the Talent Gap in the Business Travel Industry, through which the association pledges to help students find worthwhile internships and eventual careers in this growing and exciting industry. ACTE is also creating conduit for current industry professionals to pass on knowledge and expertise to students. The association, through the support of its members and sponsors, is also looking to encourage mentorship and internship programs with member companies and suggest ways to implement successful talent recruitment.
