Important Note:
Your logo should be e-mailed to [email protected], with the subject line "Tech Vendor Logo", in all 3 of the following formats: 72dpi and 300 dpi JPEG, and Vector .EPS no later than April 1, 2005. In addition to using it for the Technology Directory, ACTE will include your logo with a link to your company's Website on the Vancouver Pre- and Post-Conference sites.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds, less a $500 USD processing fee per booth will be given when cancellation is received in writing by April 1, 2005. No refunds will be given after April 1, 2005. Refunds will not be given for no shows. If this event is canceled due to reasons beyond ACTE's control, ACTE reserves the right to retain a $2,500 processing fee per booth.
