Total Cost of Travel – What goes into the total cost of a trip?

We know what constitutes a business trip, but do we have a handle on all of the costs involved? Can we budget and manage for all expediential costs for the journey?

This session will examine the “hidden costs” that make up a trip, looking at total T&E;, taxes and surcharges involved, discussing how we can account for these charges and focus on reducing their impact.
