Two awards will be presented at the ACTE Global Education Conference in Washington, D.C. May 18-20, 2008.
Advancing the Industry Award
The Advancing the Industry Award acknowledges an individual's significant contributions made to the Business Travel Industry over the past 12 months in the U.S.. Examples of accomplishment include a new strategic direction they have taken with their company's travel program or, perhaps, the cutting-edge products and services they have initiated.Corporate Social Responsibility Award
This award acknowledges an individual's contributions to corporate social responsibility within the Business Travel Industry over the past 12 months in any region. Examples of accomplishment might include the development and implementation of a ‘green’ RFP or company policy changes that offset CO2 emissions from business travel by staff.ACTE's Advancing the Industry Award and Corporate Social Responsibility Award spotlights outstanding achievement to the business travel industry. If you or one of your ACTE peers has made a significant contribution to the industry, you could qualify for this noteworthy recognition.
