An excellent opportunity for your company and special clients; your key executive has a five minute slot to make remarks and introduce the keynote speaker.  You and up to 9 staff/clients will be provided with a private lunch with the keynote speaker.

Provide attendees with a tool they’ll use over and over. These “memory sticks” imprinted with your company’s logo will provide attendees a compact and convenient way to bring  white papers and handouts back to the office after the conference  

International Lounge   $30,000
This is a networking hub on Monday and Tuesday in a specially designed place.  Beverages such as coffee, soda, tea and water will be provided in this area.

Newspaper Drop    $25,000
A newspaper will be delivered to all attendees hotel room door with your logo on a belly band across the center.  

Lunches (1 available)        $25,000 each
Share your company’s message with attendees made by your key executive during a 5 minute podium opportunity at lunch.  Attendee gift at place setting is also available.

This is an opportunity to host an hour-long reception following the end of the final education program.  Your logo will be imprinted on the napkins. 

Tuesday Nightcap    $20,000
This is opportunity to host an hour and a half reception following the close of the final evening function.  Your logo will be imprinted on the napkins.
