These questions and more will be addressed in this morning session, developed by a Corporate Travel Consultant who will open the day by providing a neutral industry perspective and explanation of the structure of both pricing models. In the session second half, two high profile speakers, representing both the corporate and the agency perspectives, will highlight the advantages of the fee models.

Why is transaction fee the way of the future? Challenge our speakers as to the pros and cons of existing fee structures and how they compare with former agreements. Benchmarking, a new phenomenon?
The last few years have seen an increase in the practice of benchmarking, in the travel industry. However, do you know what are all the ins and outs of benchmarking exercises and what it will bring you and your company? An experienced consultant will demonstrate in this session why it is important for corporations to perform benchmarking studies. He will also analyse the results of the benchmarking survey that will soon be posted on the ACTE website.
Join us to hear directly from a neutral expert what benchmarking is and to debate with your peers what you should benchmark, what is effective and valid, and how you should interpret your benchmarking results.
