Announcing The ACTE XII Technology Experience!!!

ACTE XII introduces a new approach to the travel technology encounter between vendor and purchaser – The Technology Experience. For the first time the Technology Experience will be integrated into the two day ACTE XII breakout session schedule.

The Technology Experience has taken the elements of the popular Technology Showcase and expanded its focus to provide demonstration opportunities of both hardware and software solutions for each of the three stages of business travel – Pre-Trip, On the Road, Post-Trip/Reconciliation. Attendees will pre-register to attend the Technology Experience as they do for the education sessions. Our goal for the Technology Experience is to enable ACTE XII's 1000+ attendees to broaden their knowledge by experiencing the technologies that corporate travel managers and road warriors encounter on a daily basis. In an interactive, hands-on environment attendees will experience planning and booking a trip online, renting a car, using a navigation system, and filing an expense report.

The Technology Experience is included in the schedule of breakout sessions, taking place in the L'Entrecote area at the Wyndham Anatole in the following time blocks:

Vendor Details
Vendor Registration is $5,000
Two vendor representatives per kiosk
No signage other than that provided by ACTE
Collateral may be distributed. (Address for mailing collateral will be included in confirmation letter)
Set up date, Sunday, April 2. Times to be advised in confirmation

Vendor Requirements
Vendors must provide their own laptop. Dial-up to the Internet will be available.
Vendors must provide accessories necessary to connect their laptop to a 10BaseT cable (RJ45)
Vendors must have a back up copy of their presentation program (i.e. CD ROM or "canned" presentation)
Vendors must provide a technical contact for ACTE's tech advisor to reach in advance of the show (see form attached).

Instructions
Reserve your space by completing and submitting the Vendor Registration form (On-Line Form or Fax/Mail Form) with registration fee of $5,000 by March 3, 2000. (Arrangements must be made in advance for Internet access. We can only assure dial-up connections to vendors registering on or before March 3).
Register your company's two representatives by completing the Conference Registration Form for Technology Showcase Vendor Representatives (On-Line Form or Fax/Mail Form).
