The Ambassador award is the highest honor the association can bestow upon one of its members in the region. The award recognizes invaluable and sustained service to or on behalf of the association and the business travel industry. Yvonne Kerns received the Ambassador award in commemoration of her involvement on the nominations committee, her efforts on various global conference committees, and more recently, her role as co-chair at the 2008 conference as well her participation on this year’s conference steering committee.
