Volunteerism is essential to providing the relevant, leading edge programming our members expect and to advancing the business travel industry.”
Patrick Ilagan was honored for his vital contribution as an “ACTE City Champion, Calgary” as well as for his dedicated work on the membership committee. Carlo Rinaldi was recognized for his continuous and enthusiastic efforts to promote ACTE within the industry as well as his role on the membership committee. This year’s conference Chair, Pauline Valiquette, was cited for her active participation on a number of committees, her role as a presenter, and her reputation as an industry mentor.
“Members such as Patrick Ilagan, Carlo Rinaldi and Pauline Valiquette are the reason this association continues to provide quality educational programming to the leaders in the business travel industry,” said ACTE Canada Regional Director, Monica Hailstone. “Their efforts serve as a model for others to follow. I congratulate them on receiving this award.”
ACTE volunteers work in partnership with ACTE staff in a variety of capacities making sure ACTE meets the needs of its members and fulfills its vision. Members who volunteer for ACTE are corporate travel managers, suppliers of business travel products and services and independent consultants.
