Alexandria, Va. (22 Jan. 2009) – Reinforcing its commitment to provide unparalleled education to the business travel industry, the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) announced today that it will partner with The McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University, for the second consecutive year, at its Global Education Conference in Washington, D.C., 5-7 April, held in partnership with Business Travel News (BTN). Professor Ricardo Ernst, PhD and Deputy Dean of the business school, will reprise his role as lecturer for two education sessions, and act as moderator for two panel discussions.

Professor Ernst most recently gave a keynote presentation at the ACTE Latin America Education Conference in Mexico City, 29-30 October 2008, discussing the effects of globalization on businesses and countries in Latin America. He holds an MBA from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración in Venezuela, an MA degree and a PhD in Operations Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
More than 20 educational sessions at the ACTE Global Education Conference in Washington, D.C. will cover every aspect of advanced business travel management.
