ACTE and the Belgian Association of Corporate Travel Management (BATM) are partnering for an Executive Forum on 10 March 2008 at the PULLMAN Brussels Airport Hotel. At the ACTE Executive Forum, buyers and suppliers will each have an individual platform to discuss the successes and challenges of Strategic Account Management for Corporate Travel.
Keynote presenter, Andreas Erhard, Director Global Account Management, EMEA, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, will discuss the importance of Strategic Account Management along with critical success factors.

Two separate breakout workshops will be offered at this Executive Forum, one for suppliers only and one for buyers only, with each identifying the realities, pitfalls, challenges and successes of Strategic Account Management. Xavier d'Houart, European Travel Center Manager, Atlas Copco, is the moderator for the supplier workshop, and Melvin van Wingerden, Global Account Management Development, AirPlus, will head the buyer workshop.
