Mary Kay Bellersen-The Loss of A Colleague

-- Dear Colleague:

It is with sorrow and regret that I must write to you of the passing of Mary Kay Bellersen, on Sunday, 18 September 2005. Our international community has lost an invaluable friend and colleague. An ACTE board member and the Senior Vice President of Global Interactive Travel for Citicorp, Mary Kay's expertise, dedication, and cheerful approach to the greatest of challenges will be sorely missed. She never wavered in her commitment to this association, despite her struggle against her illness.

The Bellersen family plans to hold a memorial service for colleagues and friends in the near future. The family asked that instead of flowers, donations be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. Donations can be made on-line at www.pulmonaryfibrosis.org in memory of Mary Kay.
