Agreement is one of mutual global support and long-term commitment
The Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) welcomed Sixt International, one of Europe’s leading mobility service providers for car rentals, leisure cars, chauffeur limousine service and car leasing, as the association’s newest Chairman’s Circle Sponsor.
The sponsorship agreement between ACTE and Sixt was made official at Sixt’s Annual Global Meeting, which celebrated the company’s 95th anniversary, as well as 10 years of Sixt International.
“Sixt recognized the global strength of ACTE’s membership and network, and this was a deciding factor for them in becoming one of our top level sponsors,” Richard Crum, ACTE President, said.
He added, “As an industry leader, we are proud to welcome Sixt to our highest level of industry support, and to include the company’s name alongside ours throughout our worldwide network. Sixt’s heightened involvement in ACTE will bring additional influence, expertise, and momentum to a variety of educational programs covering government and industry issues such as general industry awareness, duty of care, and green issues.”
"We, at Sixt, are very excited about our relationship with ACTE,” commented Alexander Rahe, Senior Vice President for Sixt, North America. “We have been a supporter of this association since 1996, and have received tremendous value from ACTE programs. Following our success as a key sponsor at the recent ACTE Global Education Conferece in Munich, we decided to enter into an agreement of global cooperation. Together with our partners from ACTE, we will reach for new levels of support and cooperation.”
Sixt joins eight other prestigious organizations in the Chairman’s Circle who support ACTE’s global education network, which includes two global and four regional conferences, and up to 60 regional Executive Forums, PowerTalks, and Webcasts annually.
