In addition, presenters should have a proven track record of:
- Offering timely information on industry, economic, political and legal trends and/or issues that impact business travel management globally
- Sharing leading edge information from the buyer's perspective about the practices and tools that strategically advance travel management
- Refraining from directly or indirectly promoting particular products or services
- Being a credible source of the subject matter area, as demonstrated in his/her bio
- Showing evidence of effective presentation skills
