The Advisory Committee's initial objectives:

1. Strengthen ACTE's role as a key constituent and informational/research resource on governmental policies and regulations impacting North American business travel.
2. Represent ACTE's position (based on member input) on key security and data privacy issues to key stakeholders.
3. Solicit ACTE members' input and suggestions regarding the implementation of traveler security and data privacy programs
4. Increase ACTE members' understanding of new developments in traveler security and data privacy.
