RECOVERY - How do we get there?
Feed back was given to the meeting from the previous sessions in Europe. Not surprisingly, similar concerns were expressed.

A lengthy discussion on airlines, hotels and travel management companies indicated that trust in relationship was never more important in doing business together. It was felt that a stronger more permanent relationship between British Airways and KLM could occur as a result of the recent events and could be of significant benefit to all.

It was suggested that the planned ACTE forum in Amsterdam on the 20th September should be revised and expanded to answer the strong need for a meeting.
