Vendor Registration of $5,000 includes:

  • Two complimentary full ACTE Global conference registrations. (Hotel and airfare not included)

The Technology Showcase has become a special feature of ACTE conferences and supports ACTE’s vision to provide education opportunities that cannot be found elsewhere. We invite your company’s participation in our upcoming Global ’99 Technology Showcase. The Showcase is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, 16 November 1999 in the rotunda of the Palacio de Congresos from 15.00 to 18.00.

Vendor Details

  • Vendor Registration is $5,000
  • Two vendor representatives per kiosk
  • No signage other than that provided by ACTE
  • Collateral may be distributed. (Address for mailing collateral will be included in confirmation letter)
  • Set up will be Tuesday morning, 16 November 1999. (Complete details will be included in the confirmation letter)
  • Each category of products will be grouped together for easy identification. No conflicting sessions are scheduled during showcase times.

Vendor Requirements

  • Vendors must provide their own laptop which must be equipped with an Ethernet 10BaseT Network Interface Card for high-speed Internet access (no dialup will be available).
  • Vendors must provide cables necessary to connect their laptop to a 10BaseT cable (RJ45)
  • Vendors must have a back up copy of their presentation program (i.e. CD ROM or "canned" presentation)
  • Vendors must provide a technical contact for ACTE’s tech advisor to reach in advance of the show (see form attached).

Instructions

1) Reserve your space by completing the Vendor Registration form below by 25 October 1999. You will receive an invoice for the registration fee of $5,000 along with complete information, upon receipt of the vendor registration.

2) Register your company’s two representatives by completing the Conference Registration Form for Technology Showcase Vendor Representatives.

3) Reserve your representative’s hotel space using the Hotel Registration form.
