
ACTE Global Exchange
Program - Singapore
The Association of Corporate Travel Executives
(ACTE) is excited to announce its second ACTE Global Exchange
Program which is for the Singapore Executive Forum on 10 November.
This program will enable travel managers to exchange ideas
and innovations with one another.Featured topics include an
overview of the ACTE Traveller Security Task Force initiative
and a discussion with Ann Barrett, Managing Director, Bureau
of Consular Affairs, Passport Services, U.S. Department of
State and Trevor Soames, Partner, Solicitor-Advocate &
Barrister, Advocate, HOWREY LLP. This session will explore
current US and EU policies around traveller identification
technology and its privacy implications.
This Global Exchange Program allows up to
three qualified corporate travel managers from EMEA and/or
the United States of America to attend the ACTE Singapore
Executive Forum on 10 November at no cost with the exclusion
of daily living expenses.

This program is made possible through the
support of Raffles International Hotels & Resorts
and Cathay Pacific Airways.
Selected applicants will receive:
- Complimentary registration for the Singapore executive
forum
- Return business class air travel on Cathay Pacific from
gateways where Cathay Pacific operates directly. You are
responsible for paying for your own ticket to get to the
gateway where Cathay operates directly in your region.
- Two night's accommodation at the Swissotel Singapore or
at a similar hotel.
Qualification Criteria for the Singapore
Global Exchange Program:
Applicants must demonstrate the following:
- Possess an interest in the Asia-Pacific market and/or
are currently working with counterparts from the region.
- A willingness to partner with ACTE to share perspectives
of their regional experience on any of the topics featured
at the Forum.
- Participate and/or express an interest in being a speaker
at the forum (although this is not a requirement for the
selection process).
- Provide ACTE with a debrief of the key learning points
gained from their participation upon their return.
