Changing workforce demographics mean corporate buyers are now managing multiple generations of travelers within the same company. These travelers bring different perspectives, different expectations, and different demands that make it impossible for travel managers to employ a ‘one size fits all’ approach. As a result, current circumstances and emerging technologies are driving greater customization of services based on individual preferences and behaviors.
