Increased Costs, Increased Constraints, Increased Complexity

Dallas, Texas
20 September 2006
Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas

How does the business travel industry deal with increased costs in spend categories that are constrained by record-breaking load factors and high occupancy, while simultaneously contend with other forces such as, globalization, that ramp up the complexity?

This Executive Forum will look at travel spend in the context of other corporate procurement and find out who else is sharing our space in the vortex of high demand, low supply and expansion. A closer look at the two primary travel spend categories—hotel and car—will provide practical advice on how one can optimize corporate dollars in these high pressure areas. The Executive Forum will conclude with an overview of a possible new area of responsibility for travel managers—mobility tools for travelers.

How travel managers find value for their corporations and travelers under these conditions will be explored in this session.
