This ACTE Executive Forum will explore best practices that are used in various aspects of managed business travel such as policy, hotel program and travel technology roll out. Attendees will leave the Forum with practical knowledge they can apply to their travel programs as soon as they return to the office. The concluding session addresses an area that has the global business travel industry on edge-airline distribution-and attempt to clarify the basic economics of the volatile situation that is propelling GDS alternatives forward.
