Global Exchange Program Applications
Being Accepted for November 10, 2005 Forum in Sao Paulo

The Association of Corporate Travel Executives
(ACTE) is committed to promoting and advancing the business
travel management profession worldwide. To demonstrate this
commitment, ACTE has launched the ACTE Global Exchange Program
to exchange ideas and innovations among ACTE members.
We are very pleased to announce that our
first ACTE Exchange program is taking place through the generous
support of Sol Melia and TAM Brazilian Airlines (TAM).
Sol Melia and TAM Airlines are hosting up
to 2 qualified U.S. travel managers, who are ACTE members
in good standing to attend the ACTE
Forum in Sao Paulo on November 10, 2005. Applicants must
demonstrate an interest in the Brazilian Market and concurrently
demonstrate that they are working with Brazilian counterparts.
Applicants who are selected may be asked to work with ACTE
to be a speaker at the Forum. Participation and or possible
interest in being a speaker is not a requirement for selection
for the Global Exchange Program. Those who are selected will,
however be required to provide ACTE with a debrief of the
Forum upon their return.
Final selections are made by ACTE.
Applications: Applications
are due no later than Tuesday, November 1, 2005. Selections
will be made by cob November 2, 2005. Applications
are to be sent via e-mail and or faxed to the attention of
Kate Farrell at [email protected].

The application must include the completed
application, including a short cover letter and or e-mail
stating ones availability and commitment to attend the November
10, 2005 Sao Paulo forum if selected.
Program Benefits: TAM is
offering up to 2 round-trip business class tickets (from Miami
to Sao Paulo) and Sol Melia is providing up to 2 complimentary
hotel accommodations for two nights and meals for the November
10th event. ACTE is providing free registration for those
who are selected to attend the Sao Paulo Forum.
