• The Value of Alliances - Developing High-Performance Business Relationships
  Increasingly, developing and managing high-performance business relationships is being recognized as a competitive advantage. However, managing business relationships that are successful in the long time is a challenging task. Many argue about the importance of developing win-win relationships, but management receives little guidance on how to make that happen. In this session, The Partnership Model will be described. The partnership model is a tool to configure a business relationship at the right level of closeness. The purpose should not be to have the closest relationship, but to have the right level of closeness that is appropriate for each business relationship. Participants will be able to identify what are the key success factors and how to build a long-term mutually beneficial business relationships. Lastly, a set of questions will be provided to allow participants self-assess the level of preparedness of their organizations for developing high-performance business relationships.It will begin with round table discussion to examine customer/supplier expectations, value and partnership. The presenter will be Sebastián J.
