Cancellation Policy / Transfer Policy / Waiver of Liability

Terms and Conditions
By entering submit and remitting payment, I expressly and knowingly accept the ACTE policies outlined below.

Attendee Cancellation Policy
Full conference credits less a $50.00 USD processing fee per registrant, will be given when cancellation notification is received in writing by 15 July 2011. No credits will be given for cancellations received after 15 July 2011. Credits will not be given for no-shows. Any credits for canceled registrations are available for use within 12 months of the date they were entered as a credit. After 12 months, the credit will expire without exception.

Transfer Policy
All transferred registrants will be charged a $50.00 USD transfer fee.

Administrative Fee Policy
Any change to a registration, including the addition of a promotion code will require a $25.00 USD administrative fee payment.

Event Cancellation Policy
If this event is cancelled due to reasons beyond ACTE's control, ACTE reserves the right to retain a $100.00 USD processing fee for all conference registrations.

Waiver of Liability
By completing this registration form, I, on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby knowingly and freely release, indemnify and hold harmless the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE), and all of their officers, directors, managers, partners, member, employees, and volunteers (collectively, 'released parties') from all claims, demands, actions, rights of action, or other legal rights to claim compensation for any loss or injury (including death) which I may sustain as a result of negligence or fault, or the condition of the premises, or any other cause whatsoever, whether loss or injury occurs while participating in, going to, or coming from such activity.

As a result, I am able to participation ACTE events and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being. I expressly agree that this waiver and release agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Law wherein such activities may occur, and that if any portion hereof is held invalid, the remainder hereof shall continue in full force and effect.
