Mike has served on the Global Board of Directors for ACTE since being elected in 2000. During this time, membership in the region has more than doubled to over 215 and the number of forums and other educational sessions has increased. Mike is a frequent contributor by request to travel industry publications and general media and has spoken on panels and presented for the Economist Conferences, the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce, the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan, Australia's BTTB and at numerous ACTE events on topics related to corporate travel.

Since 1999, Mike has been responsible for all aspects of Travel & Events programs for CSFB in the Asia Pacific region as part of a global team overseeing the T&E; ranked in the global top 35. He has been in leadership roles in the travel industry in Asia Pacific since beginning his career in Tokyo in 1990 and has spent three years in Hong Kong and four years with multinational travel organizations in the U.S. Mike is looking forward to building on the foundation developed by the outstanding ACTE team in Asia Pacific by continuing to serve on the Global Board of Directors.
