ACTE To Join GSA In Per Diem Review Process
Alexandria, Sept, 18 -- The Association of Corporate Travel Executives has been asked by the Government Services Administration to assist its Government Wide Per Diem Advisory Board in reviewing the manner in which per diems are determined. ACTE members recently participated in a confidential survey on this matter.
"Government per diem can be especially constricting in cities like New York and San Francisco, where hotel rates and other services are at a premium," said Hutchinson. " It is a privilege for us to be involved in recommending per diem setting strategies and allowing our members an opportunity to initiate needed change."
