ACTE named new EMEA Director to Spur the Association Regional Development

Paris - France - Sept. 13, 2004 - The Association of Corporate Travel Executive (ACTE) today announced that Stanislas Berteloot has joined the Association as EMEA director. Berteloot will be responsible for increasing ACTE's operations in Europe Middle East and Africa and for providing regional members with local support.

"Stan brings to our Association the ideal cultural mix and the needed professional skills," said Nancy Holtzman, ACTE Executive Director. "Stan has a keen understanding of multicultural work environment and a true expertise in Business Travel. He is the right person for this challenging position."

Before joining ACTE, Stanislas Berteloot was the Communication Director of KDS, a leading provider of online travel & expense management solutions, since April 2001. He had previously been Communication Director of ETEXX, a textile marketplace start-up and Development Director of Bermudes RP an IT PR agency. Berteloot also managed the European and Asian communication department of ILOG (NASDAQ: ILOG) of software component editor between 1995 and 1999.

From 1993 to 1995 Berteloot worked as a journalist for Reuters in London. From 1990 and 1995 Berteloot freelanced both in English and French language publications. His work has appeared in numerous publications including, the Wall Street Journal, Hearst/Isvestia, Libération, Ouest France, Info Matin as well as in various corporate newsletter...

Berteloot is French, married, and has two children. He received his B.A. in Journalism from the University of Maryland in College Park, Md, in 1992.
