Securing the Safety of Business Travellers in a Turbulent
World
The Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) Executive
Forum on securing the safety of business travellers in an increasingly
conflict-ridden world has attracted a full house of corporations
and their business travel supply partners.
The upcoming Singapore
Executive Forum on the 28th of February will bring the need
for heightened security measures for business travelers into closer
view. With the help of experts in the field of travel security
and disaster recovery, the program will identify the hot spots
in the region, the potential of actual danger and the measures
that both company and traveller should adopt to remain safe.
Ms. Caroline Seah, Administration & HR Administrator at PepsiCo
Beverages International (Asia-Pacific) said, “You don’t
have to be a high-profile travelling business executive to become
the target of a deviant mind. Sometimes it’s a matter of
being in the wrong place at the wrong time. More people are becoming
victims of “crossfire” making it more important for
companies to increase their business travellers’ sense of
awareness of their environments.”
Attendees will be introduced to the threat of terrorism and other
criminal activities to the executive traveller, the triggers for
such occurrences, the preventive measures that can be taken and
procedures to adopt in the case of crises.
ACTE is proud to present these events as part of its mission
to advance
the industry with the support of its regional sponsors Abacus
International, Business Travel International and Raffles International
Hotels & Resorts. The official venue for this executive forum
is the Raffles City Convention Centre in Singapore. For more information
