ACTE Business Meeting Minutes

President Mark Williams called the meeting to order.
Overview of 2003 Operations
President Williams advised that the association is conducting business in accordance with the association's By-laws. The ACTE By-laws, ACTE Strategic Plan, and 2003 Operating Plans are available to any ACTE member upon request.
Treasurer's Report
Treasurer Ogilvie advised that the association is in good financial standing and is conducting business according to accepted business and accounting practices. ACTE's financial information is available to any member upon request.
Introduction of Incoming President
President Williams introduced President-Elect Garth Jopling whose term as President will begin January 2004.
Open Question & Answer Period
President Williams asked if there were any questions from the floor. There being no questions or items for further discussion, the meeting was adjourned.
