1998 Regional Forum Schedule Established
ACTE to Conduct 21 Educational Seminars Around the World

Washington, DC - The Association of Corporate Travel Executives announced the 1998 Regional Forum schedule, with 15 forums to be held in North America and six in Europe. Regional Forums are one-day educational seminars designed to provide valuable information to ACTE members during the hiatus between the association’s Annual Member’s Conference and the ACTE Global Conference.

"Regional Forums give attendees the opportunity to participate in interactive learning sessions and to network with area representatives from all segments of the travel industry," commented Colleen Guhin, ACTE’s Vice President of Education. "Since technology is a hot issue this year and forever in the future, we have developed a technology track for four of the North American Regional Forums."

Fifteen Regional Forums will take place in North America: January 29, Radisson Empire, New York, NY;

February 10, Renaissance Airport Hotel, Los Angeles, CA; February 18, Westin Ottawa, Ottawa, ON; March 12, Le Meridian, Dallas, TX; April 13, Hyatt Regency, Cambridge, MA; April 23, Minneapolis, MN (hotel to be determined); June 25, Grand Hyatt, Washington, DC; July 15, Westin River North, Chicago, IL; August 25, Radisson Riverwalk, Tampa, FL; September 10, Westin Airport, San Francisco, CA; September 17, Madison Hotel, Morristown, NJ; October 7, Wyndham Franklin Plaza, Philadelphia, PA; October 15, Sheraton, Toronto, ON; December 1, Westin Bayshore, Vancouver, BC; and December 10, Westin Airport, Atlanta, GA.
