Roundtable
Where's Your Business Case?
Objective: Attendees will be able to identify the components of a solid business for self booking tools, which will lead to the creation of their own business case for presentation to their companies.
Many Australian companies find themselves either at the cusp of implementing self booking tools or evaluating their implementation. And just as many have lost sight that implementation is not the goal but rather high usage that results in bottom line savings. High usage can be achieved either through the carrot or stick approach but who is holding the carrot or stick is the critical element. If senior management is not engaged in the self booking tool decision, usage goals are rarely achieved. Learn how to create a business case that results in your senior management becoming a stakeholder in the ROI of your company's self booking tool.
