This forum will look at where to drill for savings in the present cost pressure environment. We will begin the day with a follow -up of last years Corporate Traveler Behavior survey and learn what has changed in 2006. This session is followed by a more detailed analysis at exactly how procurement has changed due to the circumstances that are external to the industry. After this session you will learn from an industry expert how to rethink your Air Program strategy thanks to airline yield management forecasts. This will be followed by an overview of the hotel industry and identification of the emerging trends in the industry related to supply, service, and distribution and ultimately pricing. We will end the day with real-life experiences from seasoned travel managers using online solutions to manage their corporate travel.
