This will be an interactive session for delegates to discuss the minefield that is supplier deal negotiation, and have an opportunity to discuss their experiences amongst their peer set.
The supplier round table session to will allow suppliers to discuss the challenges that they now face when selling in a corporate environment. Have the rules changed? Has what was once accepted as standard practice now changed?

Optional Session: Key Factors in Risk Management

Now, more than ever, travel procurers have to look beyond the deal and see the reality of business travel in a post-9/11 environment.
With access to the information super highway, the empowerment of the traveler as the Travel Manager and the onset of globalization as a factor, threat assessment has forced us to re-evaluate pre-existing priorities and Travel Management choices.
