Making Your Online Strategy Take Off with Success!!
Brussels, Belgium
Crowne Plaza
Brussels Airport
24 November 2005
Dear BATM/ACTE member,
For the third time this year ACTE and the
Belgium Association of Travel Management (BATM)
will join forces on November 24, to offer
the best educational event available to the
business travel community in Belgium.
Join your peers in an event where the global
reach of ACTE and the local strength of BATM
combine to offer provoking discussion and
quality networking.
Participants will share best practices on
the request for proposal (RFP) processes.
This session will cover the team's effort
and organisation needed to build an efficient
document. We will go over the required step
by step processes which will enable you to
make efficient and informed decisions crucial
to your business.
Following the RFP session, Mr. Corrado Simontacchi,
Manager of Corporate Purchasing EMEA & ANPAC
at Huntsman, will give delegates his company's
perspective on their chosen self booking tool
(SBT) and share with us the challenges and
solutions important to make an online strategy
really take off.
The day will end with round table discussion
between buyers. We ask that self booking tool
suppliers and travel management companies
not to attend this break-out session. Corporates
will have an objective understanding of the
online booking environment and will be able
to learn everything they always wanted to
know and were afraid to ask.
This ACTE-BATM event will also be the occasion
to meet directly with the self booking tool
suppliers during the table-top exhibitions.
Delegates will meet with the leading self
booking tool suppliers and get advice on which
solution is the most suitable to help them
manage their companies travel procurement
online and controlling their costs.

- How to integrate the SBT with the company's management systems?
- How to deploy your SBT and how to support your management in orchestrating a change management campaign to maximize adoption rate?
