Networking Niche
A specially designed area for attendees to meet, network and relax in a low key environment. Tea, Coffee and cookies will be available for attendees. It will also provide your company with the opportunity to demonstrate its product. (eg. Airline Seat) Appropriate signage will be provided. Open during conference business hours.
Lunch (Tuesday, 7 October 2008)
Share your company’s message with attendees via remarks made by your key executive during a 5 minute podium opportunity at lunch. Your company will have a reserved table. Attendee gift at place setting is also available.
Conference Tote Bags
Tote bag bearing your organization’s logo on the front distributed to every attendee at registration. Option of including a welcome letter from your company.
Hotel Keycard
Attendees receive key cards branded with your company’s logo to their rooms at the official conference hotels.
Newspaper Drop
A newspaper will be delivered to each attendee’s hotel room with your logo on a belly band across the center.
Registration Area

Conference Program
The conference program is issued to every conference attendee upon registration. As a sponsor of the conference program your logo will be placed on the front cover, plus you receive a full-page, four color ad on the back cover. The conference program is one of several printed materials which are referenced on a regular basis by conference attendees, even after the conference has concluded.
Notebook
The notebook is a practical and resourceful tool for all conference attendees. Your logo will be placed strategically on front of the notebook. The notebook will be distributed to all conference attendees in the tote bag which will be handed out at registration.
City Map
This useful map of Rome will be handed out at Registration in the Conference Tote Bag. Your logo will appear on the cover of the map.
Monday Afternoon Reception
Host an hour-long reception following the end of the education program. Your logo will be imprinted on the napkins.

Print – The Conference Program is handed out to every attendee upon check-in and invaluable information.
