YOU ARE INVITED TO SHARE YOUR EXPERTISE with ACTE delegates! ACTE Conferences and Executive Forums are designed to bring practical and relevant information to senior-level corporate travel managers and representatives of the supplier community. Our presenters are people like you who have tested their ideas and insights against the everyday challenges of business travel management. When you share your ideas at an ACTE educational event you are contributing to the enrichment of our profession's body of knowledge.

SUBMIT A PROPOSAL TODAY and take your place among our profession's experts. To ensure that a balanced array of the best presentations are offered at ACTE's educational events all proposals submitted will be reviewed and evaluated by the ACTE Education Department.

The selection process is competitive. Being chosen is an honor - and an obligation to deliver an outstanding educational experience. Proposals that meet the criteria, will be considered for presentation at upcoming regional Executive Forums in North America, Europe, Canada, Asia-Pacific and subsequent ACTE Conferences throughout the year.

Because our members value the knowledge you are sharing, ACTE requires that all presentations include handout materials. Preparing quality handouts is a condition of your acceptance on the program (ACTE will handle reproduction and associated costs).

Enjoy the personal and professional rewards of making a contribution. All presenters will receive reduced or complimentary registration. All travel expenses and any additional fees are the responsibility of the presenter, unless otherwise agreed to by ACTE.
