Global Hotel Programmes: Part I

These sessions will provide perspectives on how to deal with the myriad of challenges from sourcing and managing a global hotel programme through delivery to guests in today's ever-changing world of customer service demands. This is a case study with a twist-viewed from all sides for the benefit of all players.

Part I will focus on the sourcing of a hotel programme including the RFI, RFP content and process, analysis and negotiation, and implementation and overview of booking methods in today's multiple distribution environment. The team of presenters will identify in a "hands on" way exactly what is involved throughout the process viewed from the corporate, agency and hotel perspectives to deliver a successful programme.
